%X The Gloucester Prevention Network is a comprehensive community A TOD prevention partnership with multiple coordinated community prevention activities, including several peer education programs in the schools. This coordinated, comprehensive program had a positive effect on all substance abuse outcomes involving older high school students, with the exception of marijuana use.<p />
