%X This article presents case studies of fire in high-rise buildings around Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, based on the findings of field surveys conducted by authors. Then it will sort out the problems in building fire prevention by examining actual fire cases and then suggest practical solutions, with reference to Building Fire Code in Japan.<p />
