%X A report is presented on the findings and conclusions which form the basis of recommendations made to the Ministers of Transport on action to be taken against alcohol consumption associated with driving. Three phases are discussed: medical physiologic and psychologic effects of alcohol; juridical, ethical and familial problems; and foresight and deterrent possibilities.<p />
