%X Recently, incidents occurring in a parked vehicle have received attention in both the scientific and popular press. From caregivers leaving a young child locked alone in a vehicle to kidnappers or robbers hiding in the back seat reports of these kinds of threats beg for preventive actions. Most car alarms have as their primary purpose keeping the car safe from outside intrusion, not from interior threats. The proposed system will detect any motion within the vehicle and inform the owner by sending an SMS alert message. The system has been designed and tested with low-cost material to encourage its installation and use with almost any vehicle.  KW: Hyperthermia in automobiles
