%X The authors present the major challenges which, according to them, have to be achieved in order to establish a genuine juvenile justice system for delinquent adolescents in accordance with the principles of the International Children Rights Convention. These challenges are explained through a psychoeducational perspective, based upon the sixty years of experience of the Quebec Province in Canada, and upon the scientific literature on the most efficient interventions.
