%X The aim of this paper is to present a comparative assessment among 4th generation Public Bike Sharing (PBS) systems. This article contains a literature review; the development process of the assessment framework as well as it discusses the results and challenges. This article summarizes the already existing Public Bike Sharing Systems and introduces a thorough categorization and a comparison methodology.
