%X Multilateral development banks have a long history of supporting road safety in their member countries. The MDBs recognise that collectively and individually, they have been increasing their support for road safety. This includes increased loan and grant financing for road safety investments, and technical assistance for strengthening road safety capacity, policies and institutions in client countries as well as awareness events.
