%X This article will explain the data regarding who the perpetrators of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) are and what triggers their behavior. Specific epidemiologic risk factors will be discussed, as well as the approach to the psychopathology of the parents and perpetrators, adult-child interactions, psychosocial isolation, child factors and situational dynamics contributing to SBS. Key factors in understanding developoment, temperament, behavior and parental expectations will also be discussed.<p />
