%X This report is another piece of objective evidence in the mosaic of tragedy caused by the uncontrolled proliferation of guns in our country. Despite the incessant citation of the second amendment, and the constant refrain by gun advocates that the person whose finger pulls the trigger is the killer, American children continue to die from gunshot injury at a rate 42% higher than any other country.
