%X Observations of drivers' gap acceptance responses at several non-urban T-junctions in southern England are reported. Two simple turning movements are studied, in which vehicles need consider only one stream of priority traffic: crossing, where a vehicle turns right from the major road into the minor road; and merging, where a vehicle turns left out of the minor road.<p />
