%X Paintballing is an increasingly popular recreational outdoor sport. Injuries related to paintballing are well recognised and appropriate eye and face shields are recommended by accredited organisations such as the UK Paintball Sports Federation. Here we present a case of paintball injury causing temporal artery pseudoaneurysms and recommend the use of full head and face shields for protection against this potentially serious injury.<p />
