N2  - The traffic safety improvement projects must consider accidents as well as synthetic methods including road and traffic characteristics. But current executing in domestic selects a spot or section chosen by the number of accidents for improvement. For solving this problem, this study analyzes the provincial roads' accidents during 2000∼2002 year, and the characteristics of provincial roads have been investigated and the influencing factors to hazardous road based on previous studies are identified. Factors are regarded the priorities by AHP and awarded points to easily apply in real world situation.<p />
