A 45-year-old man, previously hospitalized many times on the Psychiatry Department was admitted to the Psychiatry Department after another suicidal attempt. During the examination the patient has confessed that he had committed a crime. This cause that doctor was on the horns of a dilemma of writing his statement in case history. Psychiatric and psychological diagnostics have showed memory hallucinations. Paying attention to legal aspect allowed to solve the problem. The frequency of occurrence of memory hallucinations still has been the question today.
