N2  - The case of a 24-year-old female who ingested 45 tablets of clonidine (Iporel á 0.075 mg) in the total dose of 3,375 mg in suicidal attempt was described. At the admission to the hospital the patient had complained of drowsiness and weakness. She was conscious but somnolent. Minimal blood pressure was 90/50 mmHg. The patient was treated with gastric lavage and crystalloids infusion. During two days of observation the symptoms were rapidly retreated.<p />  <p>Language: pl</p>
