N2  - This study investigated the reasons for nonreporting of minor criminal victimization to the police. The problem was examined from the perspective that much of this crime, although not reported, was resolved through self-help action of the victim. The implications of this self-help are considered in the context of informal means of dealing with interpersonal conflict.<p />
