Young people who exercise regularly are considered to be in "good health, " when they complain of passing out during exercise, it must be treated as a serious condition. Exercise Induced Anaphylaxis (EIA) is a well known cause for syncope in sports medicine and allergy literature. A patient's history is critical in making this diagnosis.
