N2  - A concept of complex psychophysiological optimization of human performance, including the models of a relationship between the mechanisms of performance (structure and operational contents) and the ways of its regulation is proposed in the paper. Data on the regularities of separate and combined influences of various labour factors on the quality and functional status of an operator have been experimentally obtained.
