N2  - The authors present a case of an air-gun injury of the neck region with a foreign body left in situ. The DICOM files obtained during clinical CT examination (including computed tomography angiography) gave the opportunity for three-dimensional reconstructions of the location of the pellet, neighboring blood vessels and the bullet track--essential for a successful analysis of a possible version according to the testimonies related to the critical event.<p />  <p>Language: pl</p>
