N2  - Communities That Care is one program for coordinating local crime prevention efforts that has proved to be useful in wide scale implementation in the United States. The program is a community wide risk focused prevention strategy based on research on predictors of health and behaviour problems. This paper provides an overview of the CTC approach and reports on plans to trial and evaluate the program in Victoria, through the Centre for Adolescent Health.<p />
