Methods: The data were collected from: the document of Traffic Administration Bureau; researchers on forensic medicine and administrative officers who are responsible for the test. Results: The fitness test includes: (1) Height: (155 cm for driving bus and 150 cm for driving others. (2) Eyesight: (0.7 for both eyes (including corrected eyesight, and more than 0.4 before correction). (3) color discrimination: no color blindness or color weakness. (4) Audition: being able to take bearings of the sound form the turning fork at a distance of 50 cm to both ears. (5) Heart, lungs and BP: all normal. (6) No physiologic defects or other diseases. Conclusion: Because of many regulations on fitness and the limitation of the drivers age, many diseases were avoided. From now on, however, with the continuous increase of the count of motor vehicle and the prolongation for ten years for drivers' age, more trouble will be met and require to be solved.
