Workers complaining about their sleep, in particular those complaining about excessive daytime sleepiness, had significantly more work accidents, particularly repeated work accidents and significantly more sick days per work accident. These results suggest that sleep habits and sleep disturbances can provide valuable information regarding the worker accidents potential.
