N2  - We present a case of a 29-year-old female in her second trimester of pregnancy with twin gestations who was involved in a major motor vehicle collision and subsequently diagnosed by multidetector computed tomography with retroperitoneal hemorrhage from a traumatic ruptured right ovarian vein. Gonadal vein rupture should be considered as a rare cause of hemorrhage when evaluating a pregnant patient who has sustained blunt abdominal trauma.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
