N2  - This report is based on a survey of 1576 patients with burn injuries admitted to the Burns Unit of the University of Garyounis, Benghazi, Libya between January 1975 and December 1978. Each year approximately 400 patients are admitted with severe burns. The treatment and results obtained in our Burns Unit are discussed.<p />
