A1 - Ianovici, N. A1 - Anghel, M. SP - 210 EP - 215 VL - 4 IS - N2 - The biomechanical and lesional aspect in traffic accidents depends on the physical phenomena triggered by collision, the agressional factors acting on the human being as A complex of mechanical and kinetical order. In spite of the fact that usually pedestrians show up as polytraumatized (65% of the 500 cases studied), the gravity of their lesions is conferred by the cranio-cerebral trauma which in this way becomes the most frequent cause of death.
