Family roles change, and the ability of individuals to deal with daily problems often diminishes. By helping children feel comfortable with the concept of death, one can work toward a greater understanding of death throughout society. This article explores appropriate, family-oriented support to provide to those enduring trauma, and support for staff members who must deal repeatedly with these emotional experiences.
