N2  - The authors report a case of transfixing injury of the scrotum while diving. The patient was seen one hour after the accident. The harpoon traversed the right side of the scrotum from below upwards. Emergency surgical exploration only revealed effraction of the sinus of the epididymis and the abdominal muscles. The overall risk for fertility was suggested in view of a possible lesion of the epididymal canal.<p /> <p>Language: fr</p>
