TY - JOUR PY - 2004// TI - Predictors of university student lawbreaking Behaviors JO - Journal of college student development A1 - Low, J. M. A1 - Williamson, D. A1 - Cottingham, J. SP - 535 EP - 548 VL - 45 IS - 5 N2 - This article reports the findings from two studies. In the first, 158 students of all ages and classifications completed demographic forms, the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (Cattel, Cattel, & Cattel, 1993), and the University Student Lawbreaking Scale. In the second study, 154 freshmen, ages 17 to 19, completed the same forms. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions followed by correlations and analyses of variance. Relationships were found between self reports of university lawbreaking and gender perceived family income, high school lawbreaking, and personality dimensions.
