N2  - This study is an interdisciplinary approach by experts representing various fields such as engineering, psychology, and economics.  We studied the potential problems of the intersection and suggested how to improve it.  In the spring of 1979, we made the following two changes: the pedestrian road was widened by taking off 1 Automobile Lane and the traffic signal cycle was altered.<p />
