N2  - In modern society with its rapid changes, to take hold of the traffic dilemma and then to clarify a basic course to overcome the issue, is the most urgent matter, necessitating the uniform wisdom of the field is concerned, and intense discussion differing from those of the past which were done only in an academic context.  Today, the traffic issue cannot be separated from other social and human matters.  It has a close and direct relationship, not only to politics and economy but also to education and culture.  We must thoroughly grasp at the diverse aspects of the traffic dilemma and overcome the problem with all its ramifications.<p />
