N2  - We describe our second clinical observation of pulmonary injury after a "liquid ecstasy" ingestion/inhalation by a 3-year-old girl. Apart from the deep coma state, a markedly asymmetric pulmonary compromise was recorded. A transient coagulation activation was detected, possibly triggered off by the toxic effect on the lung alveolar-capillary membrane.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
