Here he briefly summarizes his testimony on behalf of the family of Melanie Bacchiochi, who sought to have their brain-dead daughter removed from a respirator in Connecticut, and on behalf of two California physicians charged with murder after they had removed the feeding tube from an irreversibly comatose patient.
