N2  - Traumatic brain injury (TBI) continues to be the leading cause of acquired disability in childhood (Lazar & Menaldino, 1995). As children with TBI return to home and schools, primary care clinicians and educators who often lack information about their long term abilities to function are encountering them more frequently.
