This paper investigates how much time a motorcyclist is willingness-to-accept when the engine is turned off while stopping at traffic lights. A choice experiment is designed and implemented to estimate how much time compensation motorcyclists are willing-to-accept in return for compliance with the new policy. Results show that the median willingness-to-accept time is 49.17 s with a cycle length of 150 s.
