Within the provisions for existence for the population, the Community Mental Health Service is required to counsel and coordinate and to develop suitable concepts to this aim. Against the background of the experience with psychosocial aftercare after the collapse of the historical archive of the City of Cologne, possible key points for a concept are pointed out.
