N2  - In recent years, campus incidents have occurred frequency and increasingly, such as student suicide, school violence, discipline, etc, has aroused widespread concern. To effectively prevent and properly handle incidents universities, to establish a good emergency response system is of great significance for school harmony construction and maintenance of social stability. This paper analyzes the definition and causes of university emergency, the need to build the early warning mechanism and emergency response system, and explores an effective way to construct early warning system and emergency response system.<p />
