N2  - Behavioral measures of role stereotypes and socialization factors are developed through a factor analytic approach to validate prior-constructed variables for a study of over 1,700 women entering previously male-dominated military craft skills. The analysis confirms previously published findings relating perceived job performance to the existence of stereotypic behavior.<p />
