N2  - The air traffic system is a very complex one, different organisations have to work together, the demands concerning quality, safety and security are very high. Organisations spend a lot of resources in building up technology to improve the co-operation processes. The human factor of co-operation is well known as 'the problem', but there are hardly ideas what can be done to improve this weak point. In this paper a concept is provided which helps to develop successful co-operation processes on the human interaction level.<p />
