N2  - Availability of measures that would predict controller success in his or her task and the impact of changing procedures and advancing technology on the system as a whole is imperative to the success of modernization of air traffic control (ATC) systems worldwide. This paper describes a database that is populated by the results of previous reviews of ATC research literature, organized according to a novel ATC measures taxonomy, and made accessible via the World Wide Web and a purpose-built web interface.
