Aggressive treatment in the form of intravenous fluids along with other symptomatic management can be life saving. Here we present an unusual case of heat stroke followed by disseminated intravascular coagulation, multiple organ dysfunction with bilateral intracerebral bleed who survived with judicious management and recovered without any neurological sequeale.
