Current research reports support the fact that trauma death in car accidents is preventable. The purpose of this study is to integrate pertinent medical and engineering information and propose an effective injury-reduction methodology for actual traffic accidents. This paper introduces such a prototype medical-engineering system. Example cases are provided to demonstrate the ability of this system to improve crash/injury assessment. In addition, accident reconstruction simulation supplements this accident analysis system.
