N2  - The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Sandia National Laboratories have initiated a three-phase research program to develop a plan for a human reliability data bank. This research is in response to the data needs of the nuclear power industry's probabilistic risk assessment community. The three phases are: A - Develop the data bank concept, B - Develop an implementation plan and conduct a feasibility test, and C - Assist sponsor in implementing the data bank.
