N2  - The article presents the findings of the sanitary studies of work condition and sickness rate of railway yard-masters. The obtained data have allowed developing a complex of measures directed to preventing risk factors of tense work. The approved recommendations on optimization of work condition had positive sanitary effect resulting in decreasing a sickness rate and preventing the development of occupational diseases.<p /> <p>Language: uk</p>
