TY - JOUR PY - 1951// TI - Further discussion on pacifists vs. psychologists JO - American psychologist, The A1 - King, C. Daly SP - 458 EP - 458 VL - 6 IS - 8 N2 - Letter to the editor regarding the letter from Dr. Gladstone and Dr. Kelman on the pacifist position (American Psychologist, 1951, 6, 127- 128). The communication of Drs. Gladstone and Kelman seems to be a temperate and proper presentation of their views. But although there are included a number of self-contradictions, there is involved a basic premise so questionable that it merits primary consideration. The author outlines two grounds upon which the frustration-aggression premise is fallacious. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2012 APA, all rights reserved)
