These topics include: (1) Organizational structure of the National Military Establishment; (2) Nature and Functions of the Committee on Human Resources; (3) The Organization of research agencies within each of the three military departments; (4) The research and development programs of the three departments; (5) The problem of scientific and technical personnel in the military departments; (6) The relationships of the military agencies to the research of non-military organization; (7) The general implications of the military research programs for the development of the psychological and social sciences.
