CASE-DIAGNOSIS/TREATMENT: Russell's viper envenomation can cause acute kidney injury (AKI) by various mechanisms. Few studies address AKI following Russell's viper bite in the pediatric population. CONCLUSIONS: In this study, we report our center's 6-year experience of such pediatric patients and identify the poor prognostic factors.
