The fire consumes all oxygen suddenly explodes when more oxygen is avaibable. Here a case is presented where death occurred as a consequence of backdraught related explosion. The inflammable substance in this case was firecrackers, which were stored in a closed room. The resultant blast was strong enough to sever both the upper limbs of one individual and cleave the other individual into two.
