N2  - Aims of this paper are to discuss rights of minors to marriage. Others whether it is significant to get involved in marriage institution at tender age and matters that contribute to this. The laws that will be looked at is the Federal Constitution, local statutes and also the United Nation Human Rights Declaration and the Convention on the Right of the Child (CRC). The authors will also put forward the recommendations to policy makers to look at the adequacy of the laws or to have current law reformed.<p />
