Program content is focused on subjects such as dress, make-up, etc., while selected female leaders provide role models, and discussion is like group therapy. Draw-a-Person tests and checklists show changes suggesting greater feminine identification, less hostility to authority, and greater openness to criticism after 12 weeks.
