SP - 295 EP - 298 VL - 30 IS - 2 N2 - Effects of some neuroleptic drugs on aggressive behavior in isolated mice. Acta Physiol. Pol. 1979, 30 (2): 295--298. Albino-Swiss male mice were isolated for 28 days and their isolation-induced aggressive behavior was tested after housing them in groups. The effects of the following neuroleptics were investigated: spiroperidol (0.2 mg/kg i.p.), pimozide (1 and 2 mg/kg i.p.), and clozapine (2 and 5 mg/kg i.p.). Among the drugs examined the strongest inhibitory action on the isolation-induced aggressive behavior was inserted by spiroperidol. Primozide and closapine had weaker, but significant anti-aggressive effect.
