N2  - As part of an experimental study body weight, body height, blood water content and body water content were measured in 256 women. Using the obtained parameters a formula was created by multiple linear regression analysis, allowing the calculation of an individual distribution factor r(FI) for women. This included body weight and height measurements. To verify the validity of the formula drinking experiments were performed. c0 values were calculated by using the r(FI), as well as the inflexible distribution factor r = 0.6. This calculation was carried out by means of the Widmark's formula. It became aparent that the use of the individual distribution factor r(FI) was more accurate when measuring and extrapolation the BAC than it is when using the inflexible distribution factor r = 0.6.<p />
